Margaritaville at Sea has announced an exciting lineup of brand-new 2027 itineraries for the Islander, including its first-ever 8-night cruises and the ship’s first overnight stay in New Orleans. Perfectly timed for Mardi Gras, the stop in New Orleans will give guests more time in port to experience the festivities before they return to the ship for the night.
The new itineraries for 2027 include:
8-Night Mardi Gras Overnight + Mexico – On Margaritaville at Sea’s first-of-its-kind itinerary, guests will sail to New Orleans during Mardi Gras with plenty of time to enjoy the festivities during this overnight port call. This will be followed by stops in Progreso, Mexico and Cozumel, Mexico.
8-Night Jamaica & Western Caribbean – This getaway is perfect for guests looking to experience the very best the Caribbean has to offer with stops in Cozumel, Mexico; Belize City, Belize; Montego Bay, Jamaica; and Georgetown, Grand Cayman.
7-Night Key West & Mexico – Now guests won’t have to choose between visits to Key West, Cozumel, Mexico, and Progreso, Mexico on this itinerary.
5-Night Bahamas Duo – This itinerary will sail to two Bahamian ports in Freeport, Grand Bahama Island, and Nassau, Bahamas, with plenty of fun to be had onboard during three sea days.
5-Night Key West & Grand Bahama – Guests aboard Islander will now also have multiple options to set sail to Key West, Florida, and Freeport, Grand Bahama Island, for the perfect off-the-beaten-path vacation.
Margaritaville at Sea originally launched with shorter two-night itineraries between Palm Beach and Grand Bahama Island on its first ship, Paradise, but has increasingly offered longer cruises on its newest ship, Islander which sails out of Tampa.
